1. Purpose and Service Definition

  • These Terms govern the use of HaniSeoul’s AI Concierge and related services.
  • The service provides information and community access for living and traveling in Korea.

2. Membership and Credits

  • Monthly members receive 300 AI consultation credits per month.
  • Annual members receive 3,600 credits per year.
  • Unused credits do not roll over.

3. Company Responsibility and Limitations

  • We strive to provide reliable information, but AI responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, tax, or immigration advice.
  • Always verify important information with official authorities.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Users may not impersonate others or provide false information.
  • Users may not use the service for illegal or abusive purposes.
  • Users may not attempt to scrape, automate, or disrupt the platform.

5. Refunds and Termination

  • Refunds are subject to the separate refund policy, and users may request membership cancellation at any time.
