1. Refund Principle

  • A 100% refund is available within 7 days of membership payment if all conditions are met:
  • 1. No history of service usage (No AI consultation history)
  • 2. No history of joining the official community (Discord)

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • 1. More than 7 days have passed since payment.
  • 2. AI consultation has been used or Discord channel joined.
  • 3. Membership-exclusive benefits have been viewed or used.

3. Refund Procedure

  • Refund requests are accepted via email (jackie@haniseoul.com). Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
